- Election Commission services remain free of charge.
- Customers pay only for professional assistance provided by ZO International.
- ZO International is not a Government Office.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information and genuine documents.
- Customers must ensure the mobile number linked with their Aadhaar Card is active and accessible.
- Customers should have all required documents ready before requesting assistance.
Service Charges
Service charges are clearly communicated before work begins. The charges cover:
- Professional consultation
- Form filling assistance
- Document verification guidance
- Application submission support
Important Disclaimers
- Delays caused by Government systems or authorities are outside the control of ZO International.
- ZO International is a CSC (Common Service Centre) VLE Affiliate.
- All services are provided with proper invoices/receipts.
Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review the refund eligibility criteria before making payment.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
ZO International shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by Government systems or Election Commission processes.
- Decisions made by Government authorities.
- Technical issues beyond our control.
